Scheduling Your First Visit

To schedule your first appointment at Achieve Chiropractic Care, you can either call or text our office at (863) 370-5968 or book online using the "Book Now" button.

You will be instructed to create a profile for our patient portal. If you're scheduling for your child, please provide their information. From the portal, you can fill out initial visit paperwork, see your past and future visits, schedule or cancel appointments, pay your outstanding balance, and view documents the doctor has shared with you.

If you have internet access, please complete the paperwork before your visit. Otherwise, please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We ask that all paperwork is complete before the time of your scheduled appointment. If you are having trouble logging in to the portal, you can download our intake paperwork to print from the downloads section below.

What to Expect on Your First Visit

All paperwork should be completed prior to arrival. When you enter our office, you will be greeted, checked-in, and brought back to an exam room. We will take your vitals and perform a postural analysis. The doctor will sit with you and discuss your current complaint, as well as your previous medical history. A thorough physical exam will be performed and the doctor will determine if your condition can benefit from Chiropractic care.

The doctor will review their findings and make recommendations for your personalized treatment plan including the frequency of care and the types of therapies to be used. Once all of your questions are answered, you'll receive treatment and get scheduled for your next visit.

Your first visit typically lasts 45-60 minutes. Subsequent visits will be shorter, anywhere from 5-45 minutes depending on your custom treatment plan.

NOTE: We do not perform x-rays or other imaging in our office. Not all patients require imaging. If the doctor recommends an x-ray or MRI, you will be referred to a local imaging center and results will be reviewed at your next appointment. Patients are encouraged to bring in copies of previous imaging and/or medical records regarding their complaint.

Insurance & Payment

Achieve Chiropractic Care is an out-of-network provider for all major health insurances plans. If you have chiropractic coverage through your insurance company, you can still use your benefits. Our office will supply you with a detailed receipt, upon request, that you can submit to your insurance for direct reimbursement.

Because our care is not limited to what insurance will cover, we are able to get you better quicker. Our staff will work with you to ensure you get the care you need at a price you can afford. We believe in transparency so all pricing is listed on our booking website. Payment is due at time of service.

The average in-network chiropractor or physical therapist sees you for about 12-18 visits for a typical low back pain episode and your cost totals about $1,668* -- not including any x-rays or MRIs that they might order. If your deductible is not met, you have to pay for this entire cost out of your own pocket and spend a lot of time in their office.
